Spelt

  3. Pour ½ cup of the mix on to the pan then flip when  bubbles form on top.

Banana Bread.

Ingredients: 1 cup butter softened, 2 cups sugar,7 large mashed ripe bananas, 1 ½ vanilla extract, 2 teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt.

  1. Cream the butter and sugar blend with bananas, vanilla , eggs.
  2. Whisk the dry ingredients
  3. Add to the bread mixture, mix just until combined pour in 9×5 greased loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350F check on bread  after 35 min it can take 1 hour. Let it cool for 10 min.

 

 

Banana milkshake

Ingredients: 2 cups  milk,1 banana cut in half, ¼ cup sugar, 4 ice cubes

 

1.pour everything into the blender

2.Mix in the blender for 30 sec

3. pour into glass

RECIPIES

Mango cream

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon unflavoured gelatin, 2 cups of mango puree, 1 table spoon of lime juice, 1 cup of heavy cream.

Sprinkle gelatin on 1/3 cup of water, then dissolve stirring over a low heat. Cool it. Mix mango puree, sugar, lime juice, and gelatin. Whip cream until stiff, then fold lightly but thoroughly into mango mixture. Pour into mold rinsed with cold water. Refrigerate. Unmold, serve plain with slices of mango.

 

Mango fool

Ingredients: 3 cups of mango puree sieved, 1 table spoon lime juice, ½ sugar, 3 cups stiffly whipped cream chilled.

Season mango puree with sugar and lime juice, chill thoroughly, Blend very lightly,

Okra

1. Clean
okra with wet cloth

2.Cut okra into pieces 1 ½ in.

3.Put pan on stove than put oil

4.After the oil is hot enough put the pieces into the pan. 3 – 4 min fry.

5. Add salt.

6.After 8 min add chilipowder{ add to your requirement.} or  some basin radhuni / celery seed , and chilipowder mix together and sprinkle on the okra.

 

  • If deeply fried the vegetable looses its nutrients.
