Potato

The potato is from South America, Peru. A potato has 110 calories, and its high in potassium.  The potato is also high in vitamin C, and vitamin B6. A potato is round and has a brown peel and white flesh underneath.

Aloo Fry

Ingredients: potato, salt, turmeric powder, curry powder, oil

  1. Cut potato and put into water.
  2. Put pan on stove then add oil to the pan.
  3. Put the potato pieces on the pan and stir
  4. Close pan with lid.
  5. add the turmeric, and curry powder.
  6. Add the salt.
  7. Mix
